Urbanwood featured on WEMU’s Issues of the Environment
July 8, 2011
Urbanwood's own Paul Hickman recently discussed the Urbanwood Project, the importance of supporting local businesses, and his own Urban Ashes enterprise on WEMU's Issues of the Environment radio show with David Fair. Listen online to hear the whole story. Paul's passion for reclaiming and reusing urban trees is clear: He explains, "We tend to go for the easiest way to do things and are short sighted. Utilizing urban wood to it's highest level will save the governments and the tax payers money in the medium to long run."
