Can I get a custom order?
Of course! Custom orders will be placed directly through our partners rather than through Urbanwood.org. You're free to contact them directly for assistance. Or, if you'd like more help, we'd be happy to help match you with a mill that can create a product to meet your specific needs. Please send an e-mail to Jessica Simons and provide a few details about the type of order you'd like to place. Be sure to describe the type of product, size requirements, quantity, species specifications, etc. Please realize that custom orders typically require 8-12 weeks lead time. Also, given the unpredictable availability for dead urban trees, we cannot guarantee that a particular species, grades, or type of "character" will be available at a given time, unless the mills already have that material in stock.
